Get to Know Us
Studio Epik was founded with a vision to elevate the residential design-build experience—creating a process that feels as thoughtful and refined as the spaces it produces. Since 2014, the firm has grown into a full-service design-build studio trusted for large-scale remodels and custom new homes.
The firm’s approach is rooted in clarity, collaboration, and craftsmanship. Rather than treating design and construction as separate phases, Studio Epik integrates architecture, interior design, and project management into one cohesive process. This unified approach eliminates guesswork, strengthens communication, and ensures every detail aligns with the client’s vision from the very beginning.
Curating Lifestyles
Known for its concierge-level service and dedicated project teams, Studio Epik guides clients through complex projects with confidence and transparency. Each home is designed with intention—balancing aesthetics, functionality, and long-term value—resulting in spaces that feel elevated, personal, and enduring.
At its core, Studio Epik is driven by a simple philosophy: design with purpose, build with integrity, and create environments that enhance the way people live.

Our Story
2014
WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
We started in 2014 as a small, family-run remodeling business with a simple goal: to provide dependable, quality work for our neighbors. With a strong work ethic and a passion for building, we took on everything from home repairs to kitchen and bath remodels—earning trust through word of mouth and a job well done.
2016
GROWING WITH OUR COMMUNITY
As more folks began to call on us, we took on bigger projects and brought on extra hands to help. Our team stayed grounded in the same values we started with: honesty, quality work, and treating every home like it was our own.
2018
BUILDING OUT OUR SERVICES
We officially became a multi-division company to better serve our clients across different types of projects: Design + Build Division, Remodeling Division and the Custom Homes Division.
2020
A TEAM BUILT ON PRIDE
Over the years, we’ve built a strong, tight-knit team—folks who take pride in their work and care about doing things right. Whether it’s a new home, a porch addition, or a full kitchen remodel, our team puts heart into every nail, board, and detail.
2022
CRAFTSMANSHIP THAT STANDS OUT
As word spread, we started working on more custom homes and higher-end projects throughout the area. People came to us not just for our skills, but for our dependability, honesty, and the quality of our finished work.
Today
STILL FAMILY-OWNED, ALWAYS CLIENT-FOCUSED
We’ve come a long way since that first project, but we’re still a family business at heart. We’re proud to serve the families, farms, and communities in our region—offering a level of care and craftsmanship that you just don’t find everywhere. Our Happy Clients

We selected Epik to construct an addition to our farm house. We worked with the owners, Ashley and Pat, and they provided a quote within 2 weeks and accommodated all of our design requirements. They predicted 90 days to complete the project. The construction started on time and the project management was excellent. There were crews there almost daily and they met all of their predicted milestones. Normally, projects of this size always have issues but the punch list items we experienced were minor and corrected quickly with no change orders! Finding a reputable company with high integrity that keeps their word seems rare today but we found that with Epik. I highly recommend them for projects large and small.

Ashley and Patrick are a great team to rely on for your home renovation projects. From the design process and consulting for real life usability, to trends, craftsmanship, and upscale outdoor living spaces, Epik Design and Build is an upscale contractor that delivers a seamless experience with high quality and functional design projects. They are a great team for everything from kitchen and bathroom to home additions.

I can’t say enough good about the Epik team. The project was a complete building gut and remodel where they took my rough design and built a beautiful home from it. From Pat and Ashley at the top to the project management team, the project lead (Kenny was awesome) and so many others it was a great experience. The attention to detail was impeccable by all and the remodel is beautiful, and all at a fair price. It’s just what I wanted and I would recommend Epik to anyone.

Epik did a 1,000 sq ft addition including a basement to our farmhouse. I’m very pleased with their work. They worked continuously on the project and completed it in the expected time. With any project like this there will be issues, and Patrick and his team resolved every one in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them for both large and small construction projects.

It is not very often that we find a company with the kind of wonderful employees that Epik Construction has. From Cindy in the office to Pat in the field as well as the workers that were on sight doing the job everyone was kind courteous and had the highest of integrity! Thanks to Nick and James! They did a fantastic job on our bathroom upgrade. I will definitely recommend this company for any of your remodeling needs. They completed the project on time and at a reasonable price. I will recommend this. Company to all of my friends and relatives! Thanks again guys! We are very satisfied customers!
