Live in a Home that Looks & Feels Like You
Looking at a new house for sale can feel exciting until you realize it’s not made for how you live. The layout might feel off. The finishes might not reflect your style. At Studio Epik, we believe a new home should never mean making do. It should be designed around your needs from day one.
Our new construction homes in Saint Charles, MO, are fully customizable. That means you won’t have to fit your life into someone else’s idea of “perfect.” You’ll be involved at every step, with a plan built around the way you want to live now and in the years ahead.
What to Expect from Our Team
Here’s how we bring your dream to life with care, clarity, and consistency:
We take time to understand your goals, your timeline, and what "home" looks like to you. That means asking the right questions and listening just as closely.
You'll work with our in-house crew, not with numerous subcontractors. We're fully committed to your build, start to finish, and it shows in the quality.
We guide you through our seven-step process so nothing feels confusing or rushed. You'll always know what's next and who to call.

Our Happy Clients
Exceeded every expectation we had! The entire process from start to finish on our detached garage was flawless! Patrick and his team were outstanding! The communication from all the staff was always consistent and we really enjoyed the Friday updates as we always knew what was next in the schedule. Everyone was very professional and awesome to work with! They really took time to listen to our wish list and made it all come together perfectly! The superior quality of the detached is a true craftsmanship! We are so pleased we chose Epik to do our build! We recommend them to anyone!

We selected Epik to construct an addition to our farm house. We worked with the owners, Ashley and Pat, and they provided a quote within 2 weeks and accommodated all of our design requirements. They predicted 90 days to complete the project. The construction started on time and the project management was excellent. There were crews there almost daily and they met all of their predicted milestones. Normally, projects of this size always have issues but the punch list items we experienced were minor and corrected quickly with no change orders! Finding a reputable company with high integrity that keeps their word seems rare today but we found that with Epik. I highly recommend them for projects large and small.

Ashley and Patrick are a great team to rely on for your home renovation projects. From the design process and consulting for real life usability, to trends, craftsmanship, and upscale outdoor living spaces, Epik Design and Build is an upscale contractor that delivers a seamless experience with high quality and functional design projects. They are a great team for everything from kitchen and bathroom to home additions.

I can’t say enough good about the Epik team. The project was a complete building gut and remodel where they took my rough design and built a beautiful home from it. From Pat and Ashley at the top to the project management team, the project lead (Kenny was awesome) and so many others it was a great experience. The attention to detail was impeccable by all and the remodel is beautiful, and all at a fair price. It’s just what I wanted and I would recommend Epik to anyone.

Epik did a 1,000 sq ft addition including a basement to our farmhouse. I’m very pleased with their work. They worked continuously on the project and completed it in the expected time. With any project like this there will be issues, and Patrick and his team resolved every one in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them for both large and small construction projects.

It is not very often that we find a company with the kind of wonderful employees that Epik Construction has. From Cindy in the office to Pat in the field as well as the workers that were on sight doing the job everyone was kind courteous and had the highest of integrity! Thanks to Nick and James! They did a fantastic job on our bathroom upgrade. I will definitely recommend this company for any of your remodeling needs. They completed the project on time and at a reasonable price. I will recommend this. Company to all of my friends and relatives! Thanks again guys! We are very satisfied customers!
