We selected Epik to construct an addition to our farm house. We worked with the owners, Ashley and Pat, and they provided a quote within 2 weeks and accommodated all of our design requirements. They predicted 90 days to complete the project. The construction started on time and the project management was excellent. There were crews there almost daily and they met all of their predicted milestones. Normally, projects of this size always have issues but the punch list items we experienced were minor and corrected quickly with no change orders!
