Not every home needs to be replaced. Most just need to be reworked.
In Troy, many homes were built for a different stage of life. Over time, layouts feel tighter, storage runs short, and certain spaces simply don’t get used the way they should. The house still has value—but it’s no longer working as efficiently as it could.
That’s where thoughtful remodeling makes the difference.
At Studio Epik, we provide home remodeling in Troy, MO for homeowners who want to improve how their space functions without taking on the stress of managing it themselves. We bring design, planning, and construction together under one team, so your project moves forward with clarity from day one.
If your home no longer fits your routine, we can help you reshape it—intentionally.
Before we talk about materials or layouts, we start with something simpler: how you use your home.
Where do things feel crowded?
What spaces sit unused?
What would make your day-to-day life easier?
Our approach to home remodeling in Troy, MO is built around those answers. Whether you’re opening up a kitchen, expanding your square footage, or reworking interior flow, the goal stays the same—make the home function better for you.
Our projects often include:
The design is shaped around your routine—not the other way around.

Here’s how we work:
We meet on-site, walk the space with you, and talk through what’s working and what isn’t. No pressure—just a clear starting point.

Our team manages scheduling, trades, and construction from start to finish. You get consistent updates and a project that stays on track.
No guesswork. No juggling contractors. Just a process that works.
There are plenty of contractors. Fewer teams manage the full experience.

Exceeded every expectation we had! The entire process from start to finish on our detached garage was flawless! Patrick and his team were outstanding! The communication from all the staff was always consistent and we really enjoyed the Friday updates as we always knew what was next in the schedule. Everyone was very professional and awesome to work with! They really took time to listen to our wish list and made it all come together perfectly! The superior quality of the detached is a true craftsmanship! We are so pleased we chose Epik to do our build! We recommend them to anyone!

We selected Epik to construct an addition to our farm house. We worked with the owners, Ashley and Pat, and they provided a quote within 2 weeks and accommodated all of our design requirements. They predicted 90 days to complete the project. The construction started on time and the project management was excellent. There were crews there almost daily and they met all of their predicted milestones. Normally, projects of this size always have issues but the punch list items we experienced were minor and corrected quickly with no change orders! Finding a reputable company with high integrity that keeps their word seems rare today but we found that with Epik. I highly recommend them for projects large and small.

I can’t say enough good about the Epik team. The project was a complete building gut and remodel where they took my rough design and built a beautiful home from it. From Pat and Ashley at the top to the project management team, the project lead (Kenny was awesome) and so many others it was a great experience. The attention to detail was impeccable by all and the remodel is beautiful, and all at a fair price. It’s just what I wanted and I would recommend Epik to anyone.

Epik did a 1,000 sq ft addition including a basement to our farmhouse. I’m very pleased with their work. They worked continuously on the project and completed it in the expected time. With any project like this there will be issues, and Patrick and his team resolved every one in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them for both large and small construction projects.
